V. Balasundaram
is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by profession, with specialization
in Systems Analysis and Data Processing. He has more than 23 years of
distinguished service in reputed companies in India and abroad.
He began
his career with TATA Motors Limited (formerly TATA Engineering and Locomotive
Co. Limited) and later worked for companies like Larsen & Toubro
Limited, the Parry Group and the Swiss multinational Triumph International
(India) Private Limited, in India. He was also the Chief of Finance
of two joint venture companies of the Teijin Group of Japan, in Bangkok,
Thailand for seven years.
He has rich experience
in the fields of Finance, Systems, Computerization and Management among
others. He also holds a brilliant academic record with honors in both
Chartered Accountancy and Cost Accountancy. His academic achievements
include the All-India No.1 position in the professional accountancy
examinations. |

Narendra
Chand holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Manhattan
College, New York, USA, and a Bachelors degree in Electronics &
Communications Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore,
India.
He
worked as a Consultant to Olivetti North America, and was posted with
Citibank NA, National Headquarters in Queens, New York.
His
responsibilities in Citibank included
remote diagnostics of Citibank National
Branching Systems, network performance monitoring, system
administration, developing and implementing trouble-shooting guides
and diagnostic tools, design/planning/coordination of software releases
and upgrades, software testing and quality assurance.
In India, he has handled Customer Care, Systems, MIS and Administration
for the Shanti Group of Companies in Chennai.

Sidharth
Subramanian is an MBA from Iowa State University, Ames, USA, with specialization
in Corporate Finance and Derivatives. He has rich experience in multinational
companies in the areas of Finance, Marketing and Systems Analysis.
His financial
specialization includes evaluating business proposals and capital investments,
performing valuation modeling and sensitivity testing, and management
of group treasury.
He has also
developed several communication and MIS applications on
a variety of system platforms. Systems project work handled by him includes
internet-based languages like JavaScript and VRML. In addition, he has
extensively worked on building applications with financial and statistical
modeling & forecasting tools like SSPS, SAS and S-Plus. He is also
experienced in Database Management. |
