voice files received are then encrypted and sent to the offshore transcription
facility to exploit the global time zone differences to the advantage
of the customers. The trained transcriptionists in the facility transcribe
the documents within 12 hours and the transcribed documents are uploaded
back to the office of the healthcare provider.
