CONCORDE’s infrastructure is equipped to handle jobs globally, with its U.S. subsidiary based in Los Angeles and its development center based in Chennai, India.

Space:

CONCORDE has about 4500 square feet of prime office space in the heart of Chennai, India, in which the development center is located. The center is furnished with suitable interiors and is centrally air-conditioned to provide the employees a dust-free, cool

and comfortable environment.  A second center with about 2500 square feet of office space is being planned to cater to the growth requirements of the Company.

Systems:

There are over 100 workstations that run on central servers, which are RAID 5 systems.

The development center has separate servers for internet gateway and for backup storage.  Fortigate and WatchGuard Hardware Level Firewalls are installed to restrict unauthorized access from internet to internal network.

The network is built using the latest components from Lucent Technologies and 3COM products.

The gateway servers are linked to internet 24x7 and CONCORDE runs its own FTP servers.

Communication Links:

CONCORDE is equipped with redundant data and telecommunication links to ensure uninterrupted workflow. The development center is linked to internet through a high speed radio link and also through an additional DSL connection as a backup.

Support Facilities:

CONCORDE’s development center is equipped with UPS systems and a generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the operations.
